Marketing Emails

Sending an Email

Event organizers can create beautifully templated emails to:

  1. A “Lead List” of potential buyers
  2. Current ticket holders
  3. Your organization’s internal members

Event organizers can  import their own Lead List of email addresses into Eventpasshero–perhaps collected from prior events.


  1. Login to Eventpasshero
  2. Goto Manage Events
  3. Select the Event
  4. Go to the Marketing sub-menu
  5. Go to the Marketing Campaigns tab
  6. Import your emails using the Manage List button
  7. Click Send Marketing Emails to compose/send your message
