How much do I earn?
You'll earn 20% of EventPassHero's platform fee on every ticket the organizers you refer sell. Because it's a share of our fee (not the ticket price), it grows as they grow and stays meaningful on the low-priced, high-volume events most communities run. Your rate is confirmed in your dashboard when you enroll.
How long does the commission last?
The program is designed to keep paying with no one-year cutoff — you earn as long as the referred organizer keeps selling. (Ongoing, subject to the program terms.)
When and how do I get paid?
Commission accrues to your Partner ledger and pays out once a month via Stripe in a single transfer — small balances roll forward. You earn only while your Stripe payout account is connected and active — that's the switch that turns commissions on. Referrals that sell before you connect (or during any period your payout account is inactive) don't accrue, so connect early and keep it verified.
What does the organizer I refer get?
A Launch Kit: cash back on their first event's platform fees, free Eventbrite migration, concierge setup, featured placement, an AI banner + social assets, email marketing, branded attendee texts, and comped premium add-ons.
Who can become a Partner?
Two tracks: established EventPassHero organizers (auto-approved once you've reached our sales milestone — you still complete a quick enrollment and connect Stripe) and network connectors — Divine Nine, Jack & Jill, The Links, alumni associations, and civic groups (quick review). Both earn the same way.
How do I enroll?
Log in to your EventPassHero account, then open Affiliate Partner Program in your dashboard menu (the trophy icon in the left sidebar). From there you submit your enrollment, accept the Partner Agreement, and connect your Stripe payout account. As soon as those steps are done you're an active partner and commissions start accruing on your referrals. Don't have an account yet? Create one free first.
How do I track my referrals?
Your dashboard shows the full funnel — clicks, signups, events that go live, and paying referrals — plus all-time and monthly earnings, pending vs. paid, and your tier progress.
