What does EventPassHero cost?
A flat 2.75% + $1.49 per ticket sold, plus Stripe's standard payment processing of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (no EPH markup). No monthly fees, no setup fees, no contracts.
Are there any monthly fees or contracts?
No. You only pay when you sell a ticket. There are no subscriptions, setup fees, or long-term commitments — ever.
Who pays the fees — me or my buyers?
Your call. By default buyers cover the fees at checkout. With a single per-event toggle you can absorb the fees yourself and keep 100% of the ticket price.
What about free events?
Completely free. If your tickets are $0, there's no platform fee and no processing fee.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run automatically every day through Stripe as tickets sell — each sale lands in your bank about 2–3 business days later. No waiting until the event ends, no minimums, no payout requests.
What about refunds and chargebacks?
You can issue refunds anytime; refunded amounts typically return to the buyer in 5–10 business days. If a buyer disputes a charge, Stripe's standard $30 dispute fee applies — EventPassHero auto-compiles and submits your counter-evidence and adds no surcharge of its own.
