Food Truck Vendor registration fee: $100.00

To secure a space for a food truck at the event, the following documents must be received by April 15, 2024:

 Complete vendor registration
 Copy of Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI)
 Copy of the Business License/Permit
 Copy of current Health Inspection record/report
 Registration fee $100.00

Retail Vendor registration fee: $100.00

To become a vendor at the event, complete online application and pay the registration fee.

 Booth placement is on a first come, first served basis.

Vending Policy
1. I (we), the undersigned vendor, understand the submittal of the application does not
guarantee acceptance as an authorized event vendor. Vendor applicants will be notified
by email of the acceptance or denial as an authorized event vendor.
2. I (we), the undersigned vendor, agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Chi Iota Iota
Scholarship Fund (TXIISF) Inc. from any loss, liability, damages or costs XIISF may
incur, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, in connection with my participation in
the event.
3. I (we), the undersigned vendor, have and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in
the Vending Policy.
