• Departure: 9:30 AM @ 2300 Passyunk Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19145 (Near Five Below)
• What’s Included: Roundtrip transportation, entry into both parks, light food, drinks, and entertainment while on the bus!

By participating in the bus trip to Dorney Park and Wildwater Kingdom on July 5, 2025, you agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participation in this trip, including travel by bus and activities at the amusement park, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, property damage, or other harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself and any minors I am responsible for, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the trip’s organizers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained during the course of the trip.
3. Responsibility for Personal Property: I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings and that the trip’s organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
4. Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all instructions given by trip organizers, bus drivers, and amusement park staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the trip without refund.
