Vendor Setup & Conduct Requirements
- Setup Time: All vendors must be fully set up by 5:00 PM on the day of the event to allow ample time for troubleshooting and adjustments. Vendors arriving late or unprepared may be subject to penalties or denied participation without a refund.
- Licensing & Compliance: Vendors must possess all required licenses, certifications, and permissions for the brands and products they intend to sell. Proof of licensing may be requested by event organizers at any time. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the event without reimbursement.
- Professionalism: Vendors are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and a clean, well-organized booth at all times. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or failure to adhere to event guidelines will not be tolerated.
- Liability for Damages: Vendors assume full responsibility for any damage to event property, venue infrastructure, or other vendor spaces caused by their setup, products, or personnel. Vendors must cover all costs associated with repairs or replacements.
