Vendor Registration Details:
- Event Date: March 9th, 2024
- Venue: Charleston Convention Center
- Time: 10 am – 5 pm
Vendor Categories & Registration Fees:
- Small Business/Non-Profit: $375.00
- Corporate: $550.00
- Food Vendors: $600.00
- Food Trucks: $300.00
- Choose Your Category: Select the ticket type of business you are registering as.
- Booth Selection: You will be asked to make three preferred booth choices. A venue map will be available to aid in your selection.
- Event Participation: Indicate whether you plan to provide information, sell products, or other activities in the registration questionnaire.
- Promotion: Enjoy promotion across various channels such as social media, advertising, and the Black Expo website.
- Staff Passes: Three passes are provided for staff, with additional tickets available for purchase.
Terms and Conditions:
- Ensure you read and agree to the terms and conditions set by Black Expo South.
- Additional vendor information, including rules and regulations, will be provided upon final payment and booth selection.
- Your application is complete only after payment is successfully cleared.

- Note: There is a no-refund policy after the purchase of a vendor booth, with specific exceptions outlined in the policy.
