NO REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of event planning, speaker commitments, venue reservations, staffing, digital platform expenses, and conference preparation costs, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, personal emergencies, non-attendance, or unused portions of the event.

TICKET TRANSFERS
If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another individual up to 7 days prior to the conference with written notification and approval from the conference team.

EVENT MODIFICATIONS
Conference speakers, schedules, venues, activities, and experiences are subject to change without notice. Any updates will be communicated through official conference channels.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Love on Purpose is designed to foster a respectful, welcoming, and emotionally safe environment for mature adults. Harassment, inappropriate conduct, discrimination, aggressive behavior, or disruptive actions will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
By attending the conference, participants acknowledge that photos, videos, and recordings may be captured during the event for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes by Forty Plus and Flirty / Fifty Plus and Flirty.
