Your Partner Dashboard — Pipeline, Share Kit, and Earnings

After you enroll as an Affiliate Partner, the Affiliate Partner Program screen in your dashboard (left sidebar, trophy icon) becomes your control center. It shows every referral, where they are in their journey, tools to help them move forward, ready-to-share assets, and your earnings — broken down by event and organizer.

The Pipeline tab

The Pipeline is a Kanban-style board showing every organizer you have referred, sorted into five stages:

• Signed Up — they created an account but have not connected Stripe yet.
• Stripe Connected — Stripe is active; they are building their first event.
• Event Drafted — they have an event in draft, not yet published.
• Published — their event is live; they need their first sale.
• Activated — they made their first sale. You are earning on their tickets now.

Cards with an amber Stuck badge have been in the same stage longer than normal. These are the organizers most likely to benefit from a nudge from you.

Nudging a referral

Click Send nudge on any non-activated card to send that organizer a short, stage-appropriate email from you — written by EventPassHero and sent in your name. You can add a personal note before sending. The nudge goes to their EventPassHero email address and shows up as coming from you.

If someone needs more than a nudge, click the life-buoy icon to flag them for the EventPassHero concierge team. The team will reach out to help them get set up.

The Share Kit tab

The Share Kit contains ready-to-share materials — tutorial videos, landing pages, and social posts — each tagged with your referral link so every click is attributed to you. For each asset you can:

• Copy the tagged link
• Copy a ready-to-paste social post (caption + link combined)
• Share via Email, Text, WhatsApp, or Facebook directly from the dashboard

Your referral link and QR code sit at the top of the Share Kit. The QR code is downloadable for print — flyers, slides, or chapter meeting handouts.

The Overview tab

The Overview tab shows your referral funnel at a glance — how many people have clicked, signed up, and activated — plus your referral link, recent monthly payouts, and a Stripe connection status indicator. If Stripe is not connected, a warning card shows here; commissions do not accrue without an active Stripe account.

The Earnings by Event tab

This tab lists every activated referral with their ticket sales, your commission earned, and the event-level breakdown. Totals are running and update as new sales come in.

Payout timing

Your commission accrues on every ticket sale by your referred organizers and pays out once a month via a single Stripe transfer. Small balances roll forward. Commissions do not accrue during any period your Stripe payout account is inactive.

Troubleshooting

• A referral not showing in your Pipeline — they must have signed up through your referral link. Direct signups cannot be added retroactively. Share your link or QR code so future referrals are tracked from the start.
• Pipeline shows Stuck cards but nudges are not working — nudges go to the organizer's EventPassHero email. Ask if they are monitoring that inbox, or try flagging them for concierge help with the life-buoy button.
• Earnings tab shows $0 even though referrals are activated — your Stripe payout account must be connected and active. Check the Overview tab for a Stripe warning card and reconnect if needed.
