Affiliate Partner Program Guide — Refer Organizers, Earn on Every Ticket
The EventPassHero Affiliate Partner Program is designed for people who already know organizers — community connectors, alumni leaders, event promoters, and established organizers themselves. Refer someone to EventPassHero and you earn a share of the platform fee on every ticket they sell, for as long as they keep selling. There is no one-year cutoff.
How commissions work
You earn 20% of EventPassHero's platform fee on every ticket sold by the organizers you refer. The commission is a share of the platform fee only — not of the ticket price and not of Stripe's processing fee. Commissions accrue to your partner ledger and pay out once a month via Stripe in a single transfer. Small balances roll forward to the next month.
You only earn while your Stripe payout account is connected and active. Commissions do not accrue during any period your Stripe account is inactive or disconnected — so connect early and keep it verified.
There is no cost to buyers or to the organizers you refer. Your commission comes from EventPassHero's share of the fee, not from a surcharge on top of anyone's bill.
What referred organizers receive
When an organizer signs up through your referral link, they receive a Launch Kit: cash back on their first event's platform fees, priority setup support, an AI-generated event banner, social graphics, built-in email campaigns, and a free migration from other platforms. This is an incentive to them, not to you — it does not reduce your commission.
How to join
- 1. Log in to your EventPassHero account (or create a free account at eventpasshero.com if you don't have one yet).
- 2. In the left sidebar of your dashboard, open Affiliate Partner Program (the trophy icon).
- 3. Click Apply to become a Partner and fill out the application.
- 4. The team reviews applications on a rolling basis. You'll hear back by email — typically within 24 hours.
- 5. Once approved, accept the Partner Agreement and connect your Stripe payout account. Commissions start accruing on your referrals as soon as both steps are done.
Sharing your referral link
After enrollment, your dashboard shows your personal referral link and a QR code. Anyone who signs up through your link or QR code is tracked as your referral — including clicks from social media, flyers, or YouTube. Your Share Kit tab has ready-to-use assets tagged to you for different channels.
Troubleshooting
- No Affiliate Partner Program in your sidebar — the program is open to EventPassHero account holders. If you do not see it, make sure you are signed in, then visit eventpasshero.com/affiliate-program and apply from there.
- Commission not accruing — check that your Stripe payout account is connected and active under your partner dashboard. Earnings do not accrue during any gap in your Stripe connection.
- A referral not attributed to you — your referral link must be the entry point for signup. If an organizer signs up by navigating directly to the site, or through a different partner's link, it cannot be re-attributed. Encourage them to sign up through your link or QR code.
