About this event
A Century of Service in Charlotte
The Pi Phi Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. offers four premier sponsorship tiers, from $5,000 to $25,000, to support its 100th anniversary in January 2027. Chartered on January 27, 1927, the chapter has served Charlotte and Mecklenburg County for a century through education, civic engagement, health and wellness, and economic empowerment.
The centennial is a series of events throughout 2027: a Centennial Worship Service, a Formal Anniversary Gala, service and youth empowerment events, and an Awards Ceremony with historical exhibits and digital commemorations. These events will draw community leaders, business owners, elected officials, nonprofit partners, and alumni from across the region.
Sponsors align with a trusted 100-year institution, gain visibility across the Charlotte region, show a public commitment to diversity, education, and service, and connect with professionals, executives, and decision-makers.
Custom Sponsorships and Use of Funds
Custom sponsorships are available for specific programs, scholarships, youth initiatives, or community service projects. The committee will work with you to shape a partnership that fits your organization’s goals.
All sponsorship proceeds support the chapter’s mission:
- Scholarships — college scholarships for local students
- Youth programs — mentorship and youth development
- Community service — ongoing service initiatives
- Centennial events — celebration expenses and legacy projects
- Future impact — programs that sustain community work into the next century
