Vendor set-up time will be between 12pm-7pm. Vendors will have one (1) - 6 ft table. Vendors can bring in one additional table. Vendor selling hours will be from 8PM - 1AM. No additional tables will be permitted. No sharing of vendor space - one company per space. No food vendors permitted. You must be licensed to sell what you are advertising. This exclusive event will only have four vendors.

The Phi Kappa Kappa Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. proudly presents the New Year's Eve Midnight Affair 2027, an evening of elegance, celebration, fellowship, and purpose. This signature fundraising event is designed to generate support for the chapter's scholarship programs and community initiatives that positively impact youth, families, and underserved communities throughout the year. Proceeds from the event will help provide educational scholarships, mentoring opportunities, leadership development programs, and community service projects that align with the fraternity's commitment to uplifting and empowering others. What time will the doors open?
For our VIP patrons the doors will open at 8PM. For our General Admission patrons the doors will open at 9PM.
Why purchase a VIP Ticket (Couples Only)?
VIP ticket holders enjoy early access starting at 8:00 PM, including entry to our exclusive VIP room featuring private entertainment all night, a graze station with lite bites, a midnight breakfast, and its own dedicated cash bar!

Additionally, VIP patrons can select preferred seating in the main ballroom (excluding the five reserved tables) before General Admission guests arrive at 9:00 PM—giving you the best of both worlds across both spaces!

Will we offer a Watch Night Service for our guest?
Before midnight, patrons will have the opportunity to participate in a special Watch Night Service from 10:00 PM – 10:45 PM in a separate conference room. This inspirational service will provide a moment of reflection, gratitude, prayer, and anticipation as we prepare to close out 2026 and welcome the blessings and opportunities of 2027. Whether you come to celebrate, reflect, or renew your spirit, this experience offers the perfect balance of faith, fellowship, and festivity.
Will overnight accommodations be available?
Make the New Year's Eve Midnight Affair 2027 a complete experience with a relaxing overnight stay. For the convenience of our guests, a limited block of hotel rooms will be available at a discounted rate following the purchase of your event ticket. Extend your celebration into a memorable mini staycation and enjoy the evening without the concern of driving after the festivities. Whether you're traveling from out of town or simply looking to elevate your New Year's experience, our exclusive hotel accommodations offer the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and start 2027 in comfort and style.
Can I purchase an exclusive reserved table?
Enhance your New Year's Eve Midnight Affair 2027 experience with an exclusive reserved table for you and your guests. A limited number of premium tables will be available for purchase, with each table accommodating 10 guests. These specially reserved tables will be strategically located in premium viewing areas, providing an elevated experience for you and your guests throughout the evening. Reserved table purchasers will enjoy dedicated seating, added comfort, and a prime location to experience the live entertainment of the band, and the energy from the DJ while enjoying the midnight countdown, and all the festivities as we welcome 2027 in style. Due to limited availability, premium tables will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Why Aren’t Individual VIP Tickets Available?
VIP access for our New Year’s Eve Party is designed and priced as a couples experience. Therefore, individual VIP tickets are not available.

Guests who wish to enjoy the VIP experience must purchase a VIP Couples Ticket, which includes VIP access for two guests.

The Phi Kappa Kappa Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is seeking a limited number of vendors to participate in our premier New Year's Eve Midnight Affair 2027. This upscale celebration will bring together distinguished guests for an evening of elegance, entertainment, fellowship, and purpose as we raise funds for scholarships and community initiatives. Vendor Opportunities Include Fashion & Accessories Luxury Goods Jewelry & Beauty Products Cigars & Lifestyle Brands Art, Gifts, and Specialty Items Community and Service-Based Businesses Important Details Limited vendor spaces are available. Vendor placement will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all vendor spots are filled, vendor registration will close immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your brand to an engaged and upscale audience while supporting a meaningful cause. Parking for the event? No Valet Services will be available.
Please note that valet parking will not be available for our New Year’s Eve celebration due to the hotel transitioning to a new valet service provider.
