Pi Phi Centennial Ad Booklet

Greetings in Omega!

On behalf of our Basileus, Brother
Michael Rodgers, the PiPhi100 Committee co-chairs, David Sanders and Dr. Rayshion
Sashington, we invite you to participate in the momentous 100^th
anniversary of the founding of Pi Phi chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity,
Inc.

The Souvenir Book will be an
outstanding opportunity to showcase the impact of Pi Phi Chapter and what it
has meant to the Omega Psi Phi
Fraternity, and the Charlotte, North Carolina community. We intend to highlight Pi Phi chapter, some of its history, and
the brothers who made it all possible through the years.   We want everyone associated with the
fraternity (brothers, friends, sponsors, partners) to have an opportunity to participate
in this very special occasion. 

This book will be published digitally
but you will have the opportunity to purchase hard copies of this once in a
lifetime book as well.    You will also be able to use state-of-the-art technology
including embedded digital and audio files (full page only).

Please note the following
details regarding the submission of Souvenir Book ads:

1.      
The
deadline for submitting ads is December
15, 2026, BUT DO NOT WAIT UNTIL THAT DATE! Please submit your ads immediately (or at least early) so that
there is time to resolve any issues that may arise (quality, payment, etc.).

2.      
The
file requested to be uploaded is a camera-ready PDF (Portable Document Format)
document, appropriately sized for the
ad you want to purchase and formatted as you wish it to be displayed in the souvenir book.  All ads and/or photos should be in full color
and high resolution – 300dpi or better.

3.       Payments will be requested upon
completion of the online form and a follow-up communication will be sent providing
a link to upload the ad.

We need your help to achieve this goal, and,
in the true spirit of Brotherhood, we know you will step up to the challenge!

Anyone who submits and pays for their
ad by October 30, 2026, will have their name entered into a raffle to
have their ad cost 100% reimbursed. 
There will be a total of 3 winners.

To reserve your space in the Souvenir
Book, make your payment and upload your ad using the link below.  This website will provide all the
functionality required to complete
the process and it will provide the local team with the information needed to
ensure that your      ad
is included in the Souvenir
Book.

Book project.  A portion of your
contribution may qualify as a charitable deduction for federal income tax purposes.  Please consult with your tax advisor to
