Join us on March 8th, 2025, at the Charleston Convention Center from 10 am to 5 pm for the Charleston Black Expo.

The Neighborhood puts on a 45 minute H.I.I.T style workout, that is not only fun but the right amount of challenging.

The Class is at 9:00am. Doors open at 8:45am.

America’s Home Grant® provides eligible clients the opportunity to receive up to $7,500 to be used for non-recurring closing costs, such as title insurance and recording fees, or to buy down their interest rate. Geographic and income restrictions apply.
Down Payment Grant® offers eligible homebuyers 3% of the home purchase price up to $10,000 (whichever is less). State Geographic and income restrictions apply.

The mission of the Black Expo is to promote economic development through increased exposure for minority-owned businesses. African-American owned businesses have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to the public and procurement officers from major corporations and government entities. It is also an opportunity for major corporations and government entities to develop viable working relationships with minority-owned businesses while marketing their products and services to a growing consumer market.
