Adult Beginner Ballet Class

It’s time to bring back your whimsy.

Have you always wanted to take ballet but never had the opportunity? Or maybe you danced years ago and have been looking for the perfect reason to step back into the studio. This class was created just for you.

Join Kris Kaylin for a fun, welcoming Adult Beginner Ballet class where you’ll learn the foundations of ballet, including basic positions, movement, and technique in a supportive, judgment-free environment. No prior dance experience is necessary—just come ready to learn, move, and have fun.

Forget the traditional classical soundtrack—we’ll be dancing to your favorite R&B and hip-hop hits, creating an experience that’s equal parts graceful, nostalgic, and empowering.

• Class Begins Promptly: 6:45 PM
• Class Length: 1 hour

What to wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident while allowing you to move freely. Ballet attire is welcome, but it’s not required!

Recommended options include:

• Leotard and tights
• Ballet shoes (preferred) or socks
• Yoga pants or leggings
• Bike shorts
• A fitted tank top or T-shirt

The goal is to wear clothing that allows you to stretch, move, and see your alignment as you learn the basics of ballet. Most importantly, come ready to have fun and embrace your inner ballerina!
